Important: AIMCA is a technology platform, not a financial advisor, lender, or broker-dealer. Our pre-qualification scores, recommendations, and AI-generated content are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Guaranteed funding offers or approval commitments.
• Legal, tax, or accounting advice.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent the business in question.
• You agree not to share your account or use another person's account without authorization.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Submit false or misleading business information.
• Use the Platform for fraudulent purposes or to obtain funding through misrepresentation.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized data.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without written permission.
• Use the Platform to spam, harass, or deceive others.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.

6. Accuracy of Information

Funding pre-qualification scores are estimates based on the information you provide. Actual funding offers may vary based on lender underwriting, document verification, and market conditions. AIMCA does not guarantee any specific funding amount, rate, or approval.

7. Declined, Non-Fundable, or Inactive Leads

By using AIMCA and submitting lead or merchant information through the platform, you acknowledge and agree that AIMCA may analyze, categorize, route, share, transfer, process, monetize, or otherwise use declined, non-fundable, inactive, or unworked submissions through affiliated entities, downstream systems, service providers, contractors, outreach workflows, or commercial partners.

This may include internal or partner-operated follow-up, alternative financing review, debt-related outreach, remarketing, analytics, reporting, resale, servicing, and other operational uses consistent with AIMCA's business model and applicable policies.

8. Platform Workflows and Partner Operations

You understand that some AIMCA workflows may operate across affiliated platforms, internal reports, and backend systems that are not visible in the standard broker-facing interface. AIMCA may use those systems to manage, re-route, evaluate, and commercialize submissions where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, designs, and technology on AIMCA are the intellectual property of AIMCA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Platform may integrate with or refer you to third-party services, including lending partners, payment processors, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the practices, terms, or privacy policies of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIMCA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or business opportunities.
• Funding applications that are denied.
• Inaccurate pre-qualification scores.
• Actions taken by third-party lenders or partners.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIMCA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
